Vibratory Feeders
The feed decides the sort. If product reaches the chute in an uneven curtain, the cameras see clumps instead of grains and no amount of valve speed recovers the accuracy.
KH series
Even feeding, adjustable on the panel
Electromagnetic drive with no belts or gears to wear. Amplitude and frequency are adjusted from the sorter control panel, so a change of material does not need a mechanical rebuild.

- Available in 100 V and 220 V versions
- Sealed coil, no exposed moving parts in the product path

Why feeding matters
A double layer of product on the chute means the camera sees the top grain and misses the one behind it. Uniform monoloayer feed is the cheapest accuracy upgrade available.
Retrofit to existing machines
Feeders are supplied with the frame dimensions above and can be built to match an existing tray, so a worn feeder on another make of sorter can be replaced.
