Built to the body, not to a catalogue photo
A valve that is 0.4 mm off on mounting centres will not seat in your valve block. So every size below is listed with the three numbers that actually matter to a fitter: body dimensions, mounting hole pattern and hole spacing.

Dimensions are nominal body dimensions in millimetres, measured without connectors. Other body designs — including the KH-F8, KH-F216, KH-F316 (100 V), KH-B16, KH-C16, KH-D1, KH-D2, KH-DF2 and KH-DF4 — are available to drawing; ask for the dimension sheet.

What to expect when you order
MOQ
1 piece for sample orders at the sample rate. Volume pricing from 10–50 pieces depending on body size.
Lead time
Stock: 1–3 working days. Build to order: 7–15 days. Custom or OEM-branded: 15–30 days.
Warranty
12 months from shipping. Manufacturing faults replaced free on photo or video confirmation.
Shipping options
Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) 3–5 days door to door for samples and small orders. Air freight 5–7 days to airport for medium volume. Sea freight 25–45 days for bulk — cheapest per unit.
Custom valve blocks
We build valve groups to your block: quantity, body specification, manifold and connector type. Send a drawing or a sample block and we will quote against it.

Valve FAQ
How do I find the right valve for my sorter?
Measure the valve body length, width and height, and the spacing between the mounting holes, then send those numbers with a photo of the existing valve. We match against our tooling and confirm the part number before you order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece for sample and trial orders, priced at the sample rate. Volume pricing typically starts at 10–50 pieces depending on the body size.
How fast can valves ship?
Stocked sizes leave in 1–3 working days. Build-to-order and custom valve blocks take 7–15 working days. Custom or OEM-branded parts take 15–30 working days.
What warranty do the valves carry?
Twelve months from the shipping date. Non-conformance caused by manufacturing is replaced free of charge once a photo or video confirms the fault.
Can you supply valves for Bühler, Sortex, Meyer or TOMRA sorters?
Our valves are dimensionally compatible with many of the bodies used on those machines. Send the dimensions and a photo and we will confirm whether we have a matching body — or quote a custom build. We are an independent parts manufacturer and are not affiliated with those brands.
