Gravity chute sorters
The workhorse for free-flowing granular product. Material slides down vertical chutes past the optical box, and nozzles below eject defects into a separate bin.
- 32 – 512 ejection channels in one frame
- 0.3 – 14 t/h depending on bulk density and reject load
- Single 220 V supply, 0.8 – 4.5 kW
- 15-inch industrial touchscreen with AutoML sorting software
- Low-breakage design keeps whole-kernel loss down

Capacity, accuracy and reject ratio vary with material, bulk density and impurity load. Figures are given for reference and are confirmed by a laboratory sorting test on your own sample. 380–440 V / 60 Hz builds available on request.
Belt type
Belt sorters — fast and slow
For materials that would break, bounce or bridge in a chute. Belt machines carry product flat through the optical box, so fragile kernels stay intact and every surface is presented to the camera.

Low-breakage geometry
The belt replaces free-fall impact with a flat carry, which is why belt sorters are preferred for cashew, coffee and other fragile product.
Targeted ejection
High-speed valves paired with position tracking mean a shorter blast and less good product carried into the reject stream.
15-inch touchscreen
One operator can switch material recipes from the panel — no engineer visit required for a product change.
Wet-dry heavy duty · KH-DY
When the line is wet, dusty or corrosive
Built for the conditions that kill a standard sorter: washdown, high dust, high humidity. IP-rated enclosure, drainage-designed surfaces and a sealed optical box rated for continuous running.
- Single or double layer — a double-deck unit handles two passes in one machine
- Handles 5–15 mm, 15–30 mm and 30–50 mm size fractions
- Up to 12 t/h on coarse fractions
- Stainless contact surfaces, self-draining, no water traps
- Rated for continuous operation in wet processing rooms

AI sorting software
AutoML: a new material in about 20 minutes
Traditional sorting software needs an engineer and a day. Our AutoML pipeline takes an operator from image capture to a live sorting recipe without writing anything.
- Simple materials: capture → label → train → sort in about 20 minutes
- Complex textures: whole process generally under half a day
- Recipes are stored per material and switched with one tap
- Deep learning handles low-contrast and textured defects that colour thresholds miss
- Runs alongside conventional colour sorting rather than replacing it
Training happens on the machine. No cloud account, no data leaving your plant.
