We build the machine and the parts inside it
Most colour sorter companies assemble machines and buy their valves. We do both in the same building — which is why we can tell you what a valve costs without a distributor margin baked into the number.

Hefei Kunhan Optoelectronics
Hefei Kunhan Optoelectronics Color Sorting Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 and is based in the Shuangfeng Industrial Zone in Changfeng County, Hefei, Anhui Province — the same city where China’s optical sorting industry is concentrated.
We work across four areas: sorting and inspection software, core component manufacturing, complete machine sales and customisation, and after-sales maintenance and retrofit. In practice that means a customer can buy a complete line from us, or buy the one valve that failed this morning, from the same factory.

Capability
What we actually do in-house
Software
Sorting software and the AutoML training pipeline are developed in-house, so a material change does not require a third-party integrator.
Core components
Solenoid valves and vibratory feeders are manufactured here, including custom bodies and valve groups to customer drawings.
Complete machines
Chute, belt and wet-dry sorters assembled, configured and tested against the material they will sort.
Service
After-sales maintenance, retrofit of older machines, and supply of spares for machines we did not originally build.
Quality
How a machine leaves the building
100% outgoing inspection
Every machine and every batch of components is inspected before dispatch — function, sorting accuracy and pneumatic tightness. Nothing ships on a sample basis.
Component life testing
Valves are cycled to destruction on test rigs so the service life we quote is measured rather than estimated.
Process traceability
Key operations and batch records are retained, so a quality question on a delivered part can be traced back to its build lot.
Warranty: 12 months on complete machines and on core components, with extended cover available on request. Lifetime technical support by email, phone or video call.
Certification documentation — including the certificates relevant to your destination market — is supplied on request. Please ask for the specific certificate your customs or food-safety authority requires, and we will tell you plainly whether we hold it.

What you get that a trading company cannot give you
A test result, not a brochure claim
Before you commit, we run your material on a machine and report what it achieved. If the result is poor, we will say the machine is not right for your application.
One contact for machine and parts
The person who quotes your sorter also quotes your valves. There is no hand-off to a distributor for after-sales.
Custom builds at component level
Non-standard valve bodies, feeder trays and valve groups are normal work here, not a special project that goes to the back of the queue.
Straight answers on compliance
If a machine needs a radiation licence in your country, we tell you that before you order rather than after the container lands.
