Ejection valves

Why the spare parts bill is the bigger number
A 256-channel sorter holds 256 valves. They are a wear item: they fire continuously, and over a year of two-shift operation a meaningful share of them will fail. OEM valves are priced as proprietary consumables, not as components.
That is the whole reason we manufacture our own. Same function, same body dimensions where it matters, and a price a maintenance budget can absorb — instead of a monthly argument about whether a valve is really worth replacing.

Parts FAQ
Do your valves fit Bühler, Sortex, TOMRA or Meyer sorters?
Many of our valve bodies are dimensionally interchangeable with bodies used on those machines. Send the body length, width, height and mounting hole spacing with a photo and we will confirm a match or quote a custom body. We are an independent manufacturer and are not affiliated with those brands.
How much cheaper are your parts than OEM?
Depending on body size and order quantity, our valves typically land 30–60% below the OEM list price for the equivalent part. We quote against your specific requirement rather than publishing a single list price.
What is the smallest order you accept?
One piece, at the sample rate. That lets you fit a valve and run it before committing to a stocking order.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked sizes ship in 1–3 working days by express, typically 3–5 days door to door. Build-to-order takes 7–15 working days, and custom or OEM-branded parts 15–30 working days.
Can you supply a complete spare parts kit?
Yes. Send your machine model and your history of failures and we will propose a recommended stocking list for one year of operation, including valves, feeders and the consumables we can supply.
